Campus Europae is organising a workshop on academic recognition processes that are used within the network. The workshop is the final outcome of a survey which has been carried out within the network in order to discover the recognition processes and challenges. The academic year 2011-2012 is already have done and students need to think about what they are going to do next year! If you know students who are planning to go abroad next year within the CE network, ask them to register on our website so that CE can start organising our online language courses.

>>>>>>>>>>>>> Teacher Training subject committee meeting

By mid of January the Teacher Training subject committee members met in Riga. This meeting was the opportunity to evaluate the number of exchanges realised this year within this committee and it appears that it is the most successful training field in the Campus Europae mobility scheme. The idea of a summer school appeared as well and found very strong support among the committee members and the student council representative, such an event will take place over summer 2013. Finally the meeting was as well the moment for updating the recognition matrices and planning the upcoming changes. One can find the matrices on the Campus Europae website.

Human Resources European School is a 7-day training taking place in Ukraine from the 1st to the 8th of April 2012. It is aimed at giving youth NGO members to develop, implement and manage Human Resources strategies. The European Commission awards every year ECTS and Diploma Supplement Labels to Higher Education Institutions, that are respecting and applying them correctly. These labels are a honorary distinction for the Higher Education Institutions and can raise their attractiveness for students to study at these universities.
