Campus Europae ECTS Label workshop report

The University of Cyprus hosted a workshop on the ECTS Label on the 15-16 June. The initiative was chaired by Prof Antonio Ferrari, President of the European University Foundation, and was aimed at exchanging experiences and good practices with regards applying to and implementing the ECTS Label. The University of Aveiro and the Technical University of Lodz have been distinguished by the European Commission for the thorough and transparent implementation of the ECTS system, while the University of Cyprus was also awarded a Diploma Supplement Label.
 
The workshop was attended by the Greek Bologna Expert Katerina Galanaki, while participants from the Campus Europae network have joined from the Universities of Eastern Finland, Vytautas Magnus, Aveiro, Lodz, Novi Sad and the European Humanities University.
 
The EUF encourages its members to apply for the ECTS label as an instrumental step in improving participation in CE and as a way to facilitate the work of the subject committees.
